Premise:
“White Collar” revolves around the unconventional partnership between Neal Caffrey (Matt Bomer), a charming art forger and conman, and Peter Burke (Tim DeKay), the FBI agent who initially caught him. After Neal’s escape from prison and subsequent recapture, he strikes a deal with Peter to assist the FBI in solving white-collar crimes.
